God loves me but why?

God is not a loving God. Just because I don't believe in him when there is no evidence I will burn in hell? This does not sound like a loving God. Think about that for a minute.

Read the Bible and you will realize that humans wrote it. It makes absolutely no sense most of the time and it is filled with hate. You have to cherry pick the "nice"stuff.

Just as Greek theology turned to mythology, the same will be the case for Christianity one day.
 
People will not be sentenced to hell because of disbelief but because of unforgiven sin.In reference to the Bible,it is true that the Old Testament contains harsh teachings because God was trying to deal with a primitive and unsophisticated society.The New Testament however is filled with teachings of love and forgiveness :applause: for those who don't insult God with their rejection.
