He made them with a chocolate Espresso sauce but i thought like an apple cinnamon sauce (or i guess any fruit sauce) would be good with them, but im not quite sure how to go about making one. Im not talking about the kind of apple sauce that you would pack in a kids lunch but one that would have more of a somewhat chunky, thick sauce with almost a syrup like consistency.
