I've been using RCN which is not that bad but it's too expensive and not fast enough (about 170 KB/sec download and 35 KB/sec upload speed) and plus, RCN requires a phone lines which I never use, so that's also a waste of money.
So I need a good, preferably cheap and with no phone line required, internet available in my area,
