Google Chrome Incognito mode?

I accidentally hit some keys and brought up the Incognito mode window, had no idea it existed until now. I don't need it at the moment, but exactly what do I press again to bring it up in the future?

On the top right corner of google chrome, you will see a little grey "wrench" icon. Click on it and select "new incognito window". Hope this helped
