Gossip Girl "Good Will Hunting" Episode?

In the episode "Good Will Hunting" when Blair is talking to Chucks uncle (i think that is how he is related to him) and she says "He can't know about last night (or was it new years eve?) What was she referring to? Did something happen between the uncle and her or was she talking about when chuck tried to jump off of the building?
I watch online and it is hard to find time to fit in a whole episode so i often miss parts of the endings to the shows. It seems like after I missed for a few weeks I was missing something but I dont know what.

it all started when chuck finally broke down to blair.... he then left her a note saying she was too good for him and left to somewhere in Asia and nobody knew where he was... chuck's uncle jack and guardian came to new york to help find chuck and take over bass industries... blair who finally opened up to chuck was in shock that he left and grieving so she slept with his uncle jack (which was "he can never know) b/c blair still has feelings for chuck
