yrs. ago what can wwe do.? we were told that their insurance would take care of it. we have never seen a bill until now and assumed that it was taken car of since it was so long ago. can we sue them and or their insurance company for this? is there more liability to this since the hospital has sent it to a collection agency and it will surely damage her credit.
