Ok I'm going to attempt to help u. That's an older BB, so I'll try. Do u have an icon that has email setup on ur phone? Go there, create an account or sign in and there should be a option to resend ur service books. Also try a battery pull. Sometimes this works when a BB is having issues.

...att has they say that will work -? BUT they said that I needed to have the service books restored to the phone they gave me a website and told me to go and send them to the phone which I did 10 times and I still havent recieved them at all. Can someone help me to get them sent to my phone. I cant even download a text message. Unless you know how a program that I can download on the computer and then send to my phone with a USB cord - I need detailed instructions cause I have not ever used the blackberry if you can help me fix it please leave your answer - my email too is [email protected]
