so i got rear ended buy i drunk driver i came out to talk to him he was 65 and clearly drunk and tried to drive away my husband took the keys out of his car so he wont hurt anyone else as we were speaking to 911 over the phone the drunk man found another set on keys and started to drive away we followed chased behind him as he for more then 30 min until the police caught up with us and arrested him. i couldn't find my insurance at the time maybe cause i was just so shook up i got a ticket for it just cause i couldn't find it. but i faxed it to the court the next day the insurance was part of my families plan and was under my moms name well unknown to me my mom made a mistake and my brothers car was insured not mine cause both are cars are same make same year different color so what will happen to me now ?
