'greeting card' basket ideas?

I am doing a "Greeting Card Basket" to auction off at my church. I will be creating my own greeting cards and envelopes. It will be a set of 4 cards for 4 different ocassions (Thank You, Happy Anniversary, Happy Birthday, and Congratulations Boy/Girl).

Each card group will be bound together with ribbon and placed in a basket accommodated by a set of colorful craft pens. I wanted to include something else with it but dont know just yet. Any ideas???

Note: it must be cheap and doable. I'm on a budget!!

For the anneversary basket acompany the pens with a log or journal that the couple could use everynight to wright down something they like about one another.
