Greeting Card Companies?

Hi there, I have recently started 3D modelling using various software, I made a few animations and images for close friends via facebook which has had a great response. I was wondering if there are any publications in UK that is like a business directory for Greeting card companies? I know there is an Artist Directory in the US, but didnt know if we had the same, as i fancy doing this freelance.
