I'm getting another guinea pig, meaning its going with my lonley guinea pig. all my other guinea pigs have sisters or brothers. Exept for one.Do you think there is a special place I should introduce them? And What should I clean her cage with to get the cent off? I'm guessing vinger?

Introduce them in a nuetral territory. Maybe in your bathroom or your bedroom, just not in the cage because that is your current Guinea Pigs territory. Let them hang out for 15-30 minutes so they can get used to eachother and then if all is going well put them in the cage(clean it before so there is no scent of your current Guinea Pig, yes use a mixture of water and vinegar.)

You should introduce them slowly so they get use to each other. You can try vinegar. Does your other guinea pig have its own housing and cage? If so try putting them in together. Since they can be territorial they may fight. It is sick and sad but if they do fight as long as that are not bleeding they are ok. If they really don't get along too much you may have to separate them in separate cages. Also if you get another try to get the same sex other wise you will have new litters.

Introduce them when they are happy, not distressed. Give them their food, and use the deodorizer from the pet store. You can introduce them in a neutral place, but I recommend you put the new one first to get used to its surroundings, then after a while, put the old one in. If they seem happy, then you are good.
