Guitar tabs from the internet?

I'm trying to play this song whose tabs I found online but I'm confused as to how I should play these chords. For example:


F................................Gm7
"Tiritas pa este corazon partio"

Do I play the F chord continuously until I reach the Gm7 chord on the word "partio."? Please help. Thanks a million.

I had to put periods between the F chord and the Gm7 chord because for some reason as soon as I post the question both chords appear together.
 
This may help http://www.all-guitar-chords.com/ and I hope it does cuz i personally don't know if it will help but see if that works. also you can try http://www.chordbook.com/guitarchords.php and click G then maj7 and I think thats what you want, first play F then the Gm7
