Message: <blockquote data-quote="randomguy" data-source="post: 3014648" data-attributes="member: 102424"><p>I just woke up a bit ago, and my 1911 goes on when my pants do.  I haven't left the house yet, and I'm going to a wedding today (can't carry in places of worship in GA), so my pistol will stay in the car during the wedding then go back in my holster after it's over.  I was never a Boy Scout, but the idea that it's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it makes it worth carrying around a 3.5lb piece of steel at all times to me.  I also carry a pocket knife, wear a seat belt, and have a set of tools and flashlight in my car at all times.  America is far from perfect, but at least she generally sees fit to allow her citizens to protect themselves (especially since the Supreme Court has ruled it is not law enforcement nor the military's job to protect us).</p></blockquote><p></p>
