GUYS-would you think a girl is interested if she makes eye contact?

Yes and it is an old custom that the guy speak. Maybe his dad never told him or maybe he was startled. You were fine except that you could have smiled sweetly and nodded. Any guy should have been flattered. He could be taken and not used to attention. You may have made his day.
 
I always see this cute guy on the shuttle & in my college class (never talked to him before). once after class I saw him standing on the sidewalk & i have NO idea what made me do this, but i stopped and looked him in the eye. he looked really surprised and we just stared at each other for a few seconds -_-..it was so awkward i wanted to run away hah. would you think a girl was interested if she did this?
 
Next time u see him.. ask him if he's seen inception with leonardo decaprio
 
Absolutely!!!!! You have just told him that he will not be rejected if he talks to you. You're college age now so don't worry about the things you worried about when you were 14! Keep making eye contact and smiling, don't push, and he will seek you out to talk to you if it's meant to be. At least you opened the door and now he needs to decide if he wants to enter your world or not.
 
Extremely, that is the first thing i look for when i meet a girl. I look into her eyes and if theres a connection then i know that shes interested too. So by you doing that you sub-consciously told him that your interested.
