...price on the future? I was washing windows on a semi. I slipped off the truck and fell onto the concrete floor. I broke my back. There shouldn't be any surgery required. I was told by the doc my back is more prone to degenerative disc disease as well as back pain. What should i do as far as settling with the insurance company? How do you put a price on future pain and future disease? I was healthy as a horse before this accident. Keep in mind I'm only 24 years old.

You MUST get an attorney for this--do NOT negotiate by yourself. Any lawyer who works in this area will take your case--interview three and pick one. You need to also have medical paid for at least 20 years, and probably more, including extensive physical therapy.

Please do this TODAY. You need to get the right amount.
