Handheld Book Scanner and reader?

I am trying to find a handheld book reader, something that I can scan pages of a book and have it read the words to me.The one I found so far was the "Quick Link-Pen Elite (Reading Pen)" but it has bad reviews. I am not looking for the Kindle, Nook, Ipad or anything like them. I has to be able to scan the words in the book and read them out to me.

Does any one know of one?
