handheld neopets game or something?

I'm not sure if it was neopets, but there was this game where you opened it up and there was a little toy animal that you could put in holes. it was also partially electronic (i think).
i just looked it up, and it was
top half game,
bottom half electronic.
Also, does anyone know where I can buy it?
