Hanncock Blueray Digital Copy wont install?

I bought the DVD. I tried to install the Bonus Digital Copy. It says i need Internet Explorer 6 or better. I had google chrome. I unistalled that, i installed the latest version of IE. It still says it. I set the default program to IE. It still says it.
