Hard to breathe after smoking weed?

THis is my second time, and I took one big hit. It burned my throat and I had chest pains, bu tit went away after like 15-20 minutes. But I've been feeling like its hard to breathe. Like I don't get enough air in when I breathe so I have to take really deep breaths. Is that normal? Will it go away? I know you guys are gonna say that I shouldn't have done it, but I did.
