Wong (read below)? Has anybody read that book, if so, what exercises are shown in that book, what exercises does he show to apply to gain strenght and power? What aspects of physical fitness are there to become overall fit for MMA?

It would be really helpful if somebody could post in the answer section since I have been looking for that book everywhere, in book shops/post shops everywhere and I can't seem to find it anywhere... It would be greatly appreciated if I could just get the information online...
