I plugged in my blackberry to recharge it after the battery went all the way down. Once I turned it "On" I received a "Please Wait..." message on the main screen. The problem is that the message never goes away. I can't access and of my blackberry icons or features. The only thing I can access is the phone functionality by selecting the green phone button. Anybody know what the message is for and how to fix the issue? I tried removing the battery and resetting the phone with no luck.
