Has anyone bought the Ghost Hunters s.4 and have it be defective?

I just bought season 4 of Ghost Hunters for a second time at Target, and both times, they have been defective where you cant watch the last episodes on all disks, and also the deleted scenes. I'm wondering if anyone has had the same thing happen that have bought the dvd set.
