to make a long story short,i had a 2yr contract with direct tv.i recently relocated from texas to indiana last nov.i couldnt hook up direct tv where i am staying so i called them and they said they would suspend my contract for 6 mos til jun 09,til i can get my own place.today they take $296 out of my bank account without my permission,i called them and they told me it was never put in there notes that my account was suspended,and there making me return my dvr.and they wont put the money back in my account.why should i have to pay for someone elses mistake?its not my fault they have incompetent employees,and i dont think i should have to pay for it.
