Has anyone found a way to get out of the early termination fee for Telus?

I started two lines with telus about two months ago, and I have went threw about 12 different phones at the fact that the phones I get never work properly, and I have to do exchanges all the time. Now I am so fed up with Telus as i'm on my 6th set of phones for each line, and I just want to cancel. But they are going to charge me 680$ for each line even if I return the phones. Does anyone have any idea how of a way to get around this?

TELUS doesn't make the phones, they only sell them and all they can do is keep replacing them. Contact TELUS loyalty and retentions department and explain your frustrations. They may (but not likely) let you out of your contract OR offer to give you phones from a different manufacturer. Usually, once you have had a phone repaired or replaced 3 times they will offer you a different phone.
