Has anyone gotten bittorrent warning letter from paradise?

Hi, my internet provider is paradise (a division of telstra clear) and im wondering if anybody else who uses them have ever gotten a warning about bittorrent downloading. i want to use torrents, but have heard that you can get dropped by your ip if you do and then they share lists of people with other ip's and nobody will accept you. can only people who have used paradise for torrents reply?

over in southern cali my friends have charter communications internet and they get letters from them saying to stop download files, if the fiel is like more than 700mb they might notice and let u know to stop with a list of torrents u download. another frined of mine has time warner cable and they download from torrents like every day and there files they download are like 5gb and his internet provider doenst seem to mind. some cable companies care but not all has jumped on the wagon to top torrent downloaders.
