Has anyone noticed that the T-Mobile whenever minutes usage is off lately?

The usage tally is a little off. I only thought so because I was in a cabin in the woods for a month and then returned to hmm, 302 of my 400 minutes used. So I entered it all into a spreadsheet and found that it was off by only 26 minutes. Ok, ok, so I should have paid more attention and it was the holiday season and all. But, hey, what about those 26 minutes? I found errors in my husband's account, too. In both cases, the T-Mobile's claimed minutes is the actual tally plus 19% of the actual tally. If you're a T-Mobile customer, do you find this to be the case? Plug it all into a spread sheet and try the formula: actual tally - (actual tally / T-Mobile tally). If it's 19%, tell me I'm not nuts. So, if you actually have used 100 minutes T-Mobile could be billing you for 119. So, if I'm not nuts, the next question is, what next? I'm calling them tomorrow and if it's ok with them to tweak the usage tally, then, Class A lawsuit anyone?
