Has anyone taken the test for FIOS Customer Support Analyst position at Verizon?

I want to and study more before I go in for the test. It has a skills portion and a computer portion. Any links to sites with pretesting or some *cliff notes* if you will, will help. I received my BS in Computer Science in 1996, and a lot has changed since then.
