I've had a great deal of difficulty getting Yahoo Premium Customer Care or live chat to respond to or fix failures in searching old emails....Also their promised live chat for Yahoo Mail Plus customers usually is either busy, not visible or available, and apparently suspended during part of some workdays. Have others experienced any of these difficulties and what can we do to get reliable, useful help from Yahoo -- before we flee to another email provider? Also can we safely copy emails from our yahoo mail plus account to a desktop email client-- while still preserving copies of all our emails and attachments in our yahoo account and on their servers?...
