Have any suggestions on my dog?, he is sick i dont know what to do?

my dog, rocky has been looking real sick. well i live in the desert . He dosent want to move his front left paw and just lets it hang.I picked him up and put him on my couch and hasnt moved for an hour.He keeps waking up every ten minutes whining. It seems like when he moves his back also he whines too. Any suggestions on what might be wrong with him?

I know what's wrong with him, you won't take him to the vet.

what is the relevance of mentioning you live in the desert? Do you think he got stung by a scorpion or bit by a snake or spider? I am not quite following why that was included and what it has to do with the condition of your dog. It doesn't sound good--have you contacted a vet?
