Message: <blockquote data-quote="Wonderer" data-source="post: 2745678" data-attributes="member: 215437">ALT (SGPT) = 61 / AST (SGOT) = 38. just got these results and my dr didn't really explain, only to say that its not bad - but not good. i have in the last year became a HEAVY drinker. which is what my doctor said would be the cause of this result. however, she didn't really give me a level of how bad this is. i guess my question is ~ on a scale of 1-10, where do i stand ? 10 being, i'll die in a couple of years. what the dr did say was that, if i continued this way ~ 5-7 years i would have major problems.any suggestions/commets ?</blockquote>
