Recently i have had a few nights where i have a really vivid dream that feels like i am awake but i know i am asleep.
In my dreams i have been going downstairs in my house in the dark but when i walk i have been stumbling around (like i am drunk), and i also see my family in the house (which is impossible as they are on holiday).
These dreams can get quite scary, especcially when you know you are actually asleep and you are trying to snap out of it.
Could this be sleepwalking?
