Have they dubbed FullMetal Alchemist BrotherHood yet? and is it worth watching?

Iv'e seen the entire original series except for the movie XD and I was wondering if FMAB was better, but Alphonse Elric dosn't look the same >_> they can't change people's fav characters! ;D please tell me if you like FMAB better. Thankyou!! :)
