I am very frustrated, just got a new graphics card EAH3650 1GB for playing some high definition material on my 21.5 inch acer monitor. I have to change the resolution to 1366X768 in display panel every time ( native 1650X1080 ) else video is choppy. Shouldn't it detect automatically ?
What can I do to stop it from overscaling ? I am using VLC media player and trying to play 720p mkv files.
I should add - once changed screen resolution to 1366X768 , mkv plays fine and if I lower resoltion even more - normal divx files play fine also. I shouldnt have to change every time I want to watch video though ?
