For me it was probably my GHD straighteners. I know everybody raves about these and when they worked they were good. But they broke. 3 times within the space of 12 months.
Have you ever bought something based on hype and found it to be totally overrated? What was it?
Another thing - Fudge hair products. Just apply a very small amount for hair that looks instantly greasy. Yuck.
