Have you ever seen a runaway truck ramp in use?

Heading west on Interstate 84 through the Blue Mountains in Oregon there are two runaway truck ramps. I've seen other runaway ramps on freeways and highways on the downgrade of other mountain passes, but got to wondering this last time: Has anyone ever seen one in use, i.e., a runaway actually hurtling into one, or parked there after use?
