having a problem with motorola mobile phone tool?

wen i start MPT it didn`t detect my phone and wen da MPT start its always show some kind of other fone not my fone(V3) and da ballon alwayz say "usb device not recognize" plz help me out
 
In the connection tab on your phone, make sure you change it to USB connection.
