Having friend problems, arguing over rooms/beds.... need help desperately!?

So we drew names out of a hat.

I got the middle room.
Janet got the big room.
Alice got the small room.

However Alice/Janet decided to swap rooms. I don't think that was a good move because it breaks the point of randomly drawing names out of a hat, and brings 'emotion' into it all.

Now Janet who has the small room also has a crap mattress, and she wants to ask me for MY mattress.

What should I do?
a) Give her the mattress cause she has the smaller room
b) Pay for part of her new mattress
c) say NO.
d) tell her that she gave up her big room / better mattress to Alice already

If she's living on her own, she must have a job. Tell her to save up and buy one for herself. She can't get handouts for the rest of her life!! :D
