ive had the mirena implanted in me for about 7 months now and about a
week ago i was experiencing severe abdominal pain which lasted for a short while but had no spotting till the next day, spotting brownish color like for two days and then stopped, my menstrual cycle is suppose to be coming up with in the week but i usually start spotting before it begins but now i dont, getting worried, being pregnant is a joy but one is all i need for right now, i dont know what could this be. anyone know?
