Ok i have a samsung behold i got it the week it came out and 2 weeks ago it started to mess up because it just restarts by its self and my mom called and they sent me another one and know it restarts by its self it restarted 3 times one of those times i was texting somebody and the other 2 times i was using the music player i dont know what to do i already did the master reset the first time it did it should i make my mom call so that they can give me another phone that is the same price that i paid for this phone can they do that? i paid $200 dollars for this phone i am just mad and i only had this one a week and its already messed up can tmobile give me another cell phone like a blackberry or something that is the same price?
