My phone company is US Cellular, and they told me I had an update from 2.2 to 2.3. I downloaded the RUU, but every time I run it, I get error message 170, saying there's  problem with the USB connection. It recommends that I restart my phone and computer, which I did and it fixed nothing. It also suggested I check my PC's driver matches my Android, but I'm not really sure what that means.Also, for answers, be easy on the tech talk, I don't understand much.
