Head feels hot inside?

I have been feeling pretty sick lately. But this symptom is relatively new.. my head feels hot inside. Its an odd feeling. Headaches are pretty constant along with stiff neck. I am 17 so i have some doubts about some diseases/sicknesses. I have been to the doctor and he doesn't think much of it. It feels sort of like allergies. Any guesses?
