I recently started working out. i switched my nutrition from junk food to high protein , lean meats, good carbs like brown rice and drinking lots of water. however i noticed that after making this switch, around mid day i start getting headaches? why is that?
more additional information: i dont drink coffee but i tried to cut out caffeine from black tea, in order to drink more water
