Hey guys looking to add a little something to my diet. Been working out and dieting for about 5 months now and have lost 40 pounds and have gotten down to about 17% body fat as of now. Trying to lose more and get that bod I'm hoping for, but what I'm wanting is like...I eat chicken with brown rice and not a huge fan of the taste. I'm looking for like a recipe of some sort of healthy, hearty, chunky sauce or something to pour on top of the chicken and brown rice and mask their flavor a bit. Any suggestions or recipes?
Oh sorry I forgot to mention I do add spice and stuff now, but it still doesn't mask the taste enough (I'm honestly not a huge fan of the taste of chicken.) The other reason I'm looking for a hearty sauce and stuff is to make my meals more filling because with my schedule its hard to eat 5-6 meals a day.

Tomato's, capsicum (peppers), eggplant (aubergine), and mushroom all chopped up and simmered in a pan with a little olive oil make a great Mediterranian sauce for any kind of meat rice or pasta dish. Add a little feta cheese and its a match made in heaven.

Good luck!

Honestly, why not just add a little spice? Try Mrs. Dash. You would be amazed at how much flavor that adds. You can add it to either the chicken before you cook it or the rice as it's cooking. It comes in different varieties.
