Hi, I am responsible for obtaining food donations for a convention I'm putting together. The convention focuses on diabetes and childhood obesity. We are offering breakfast and lunch as part of the convention. I am very familiar with healthy breakfast options, but for some reason I cannot think of things that are healthy (other than fruit and yogurt) that could go on a continental breakfast buffet. Help!
