Helicopter for GTA CTW on iPhone/iPod touch?

I just got the app Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, and so many websites say that for the console versions (Xbox, PSP, etc.) there is some cell phone in the games for the cheats. Is there a way to get a helicopter in the app version?
 
no i dont think so i've already search a lot but i couldn't found anything, and al the tutorials that i saw where from psp or ds so i think you can't but if i now how to do i will tell you
