help! DELL MOUSE FUNNY!!?

I just got a Dell SWITCH and everuthing is fine with it...but the mousepad, touchpad...or however its called its extremely laggy and stops, no matter what I try its laggy sometimes work but MOST of the times it dont...

I tried control panel , it didnt work...

PLEASE DONT GO AND SAY
"WHY DONT YOU USE A NORMAL MOUSE?"

I simply dislike it...sorry...

The computer its a Dell SWITCH INPIRON 5R 5110

ITS BRAND NEW.

Just got it out of the box...

Go into the CMOS settings and make sure it is set correctly there (Enabled) which it probably is or it wouldn't work at all. Go to Dell support site and download latest drivers. That should fix it.
