HELP I feel like screaming, driving over there and beating the sh!t out of him and then crying for days, I know this is totally insane but im so mad at my ex and i dont know how to get over it. last night he sends me a text saying that he is comming to town to see me today and he never shows up or calls (big suprise this is the 8th time he has dont this to me!) now heres the story we were engaged he left me ("cause the distance" we live an hour apart) this was 8 months age and i have been begging him and telling him that i still love him and he keeps tell me he loves me and when he gats a chance to see me hes gonna come and then 8 times now he says hes comming then gets drunk with his friends the night before and never shows up............Im completely done with him this was the last straw!! my question is since im at work (and its illegal to beat the sh!t out of him) how do i calm down? how do i stop crying? how do i stoping pounding the keys on my keyboard?
