Last night I was taking my medicine, which I have been taking the past few days (i've taken it before as well, and this never happened). When I swallowed, I felt like something was stuck in my esophagus tube, however I could breathe just fine and it wasn't hurting, it just felt like something was there, or my medicine got stuck for a second, causing me to still feel it once the pill went down, and I drank some water and decided to go to bed. This morning, I woke up with that same feeling, only with a mild pain. I drank some water, and I feel like something like air is pushing up my tube and trying to get out of my mouth but normally fails, when it does work it causes me to burp. Is this acid reflux? I had no other problem with acid reflux before, and so I don't understand what this is, or how to cure it. Will it go away on it's own today? Also, I did eat mexican food for dinner, but I ate it about 5 or 6 hours before this feeling happened, so I don't think it can be from the last thing that I ate.
