help. i messed up our dish tv?

messed up tv its on cable mode all static black and white need itback to normal what do i need to press. i only pressed the buttons at the top of the remote the mode buttons. like tv dvd aux etc.
how to?

I bet you accidentally hit the TV/Video button just go back into Sat mode, and hit the TV/Video Input button (right above the volume down button) and it should come back on. If that doesn't work, try doing the same thing in TV mode.
