My phone is signed by my stepmother and the problem is that Telus requires my stepmother's signature to cancel it. I live by myself and has low income. My stepmother left me after my father's death. I have no idea where she is. I have no information at all. Because of my condition, I asked Telus to cancel my service but they ask for that signature boldly. This is killing me and I have to cancel this Telus. Telus representatives does not care about me because every time I call them, they keep asking for that signature and it makes me feel worse. I was thinking about not paying them but I heard that it affects my credit and Telus never give up to cancel. Can anybody help me, please?</blockquote>
